LKS 360-SCHREINER LLC is an independent broker for used and surplus power generation equipment. We do not buy, own or resell equipment. The equipment stays with its owner until the sale, and the purchase contract is made directly between buyer and owner.
Purchase payments go directly from buyer to owner and never pass through accounts of LKS 360-SCHREINER LLC. Our only income from a transaction is a commission under a written agreement, paid by bank transfer after the purchase contract is signed. We do not accept cash, crypto assets or payments from third parties who are not party to the agreement.
Before we send an offer with full data, we identify the buyer and the owner: company name, registration, address, authorised signatory and beneficial owner. We keep these records for the duration of the business relationship and the legal retention periods.
We screen all counterparties and destination countries against the OFAC, EU and UN sanction lists. We do not do business with sanctioned persons or entities, or with embargoed countries and regions. Where equipment is subject to export control, the export licence is the responsibility of the owner and the buyer under their contract, and we do not proceed without it.
We stop a transaction if a party refuses to identify itself, asks to route payments through us or through unrelated third parties, or asks to change the stated end user or destination.
