The buyer sends type, output, frequency, fuel and location.
We match units from owners and send an offer with the owner's conditions.
With a letter of intent the buyer receives full data and can inspect the unit.
Buyer and owner sign the purchase contract. Our commission is agreed in writing.
Questions and answers
No. We are an independent broker. The equipment belongs to its owner until the sale, and we do not take title to it.
The buyer and the owner sign the purchase contract directly. Payment terms are agreed between them in that contract.
We work on commission. The commission is agreed in writing before the deal is closed and paid by bank transfer after the purchase contract is signed. Purchase payments go directly from buyer to owner and never pass through accounts of LKS 360-SCHREINER LLC.
After receipt of a letter of intent. Before that we send an offer with model, output, frequency, condition and the owner's conditions.
Yes. After the letter of intent the buyer can inspect the unit on site. The inspection terms are agreed with the owner.
No. We screen all counterparties against OFAC, EU and UN sanction lists and do not do business with sanctioned persons, entities or embargoed countries.
No. We present the unit with its technical data only. Your name and the site location stay confidential until a buyer has signed a letter of intent and you agree.
